Augmented IT Support Solutions is being established in the UK with a view to providing cost effective IT support solutions to UK SME’s.  In order to do this cost effectively and safely in an environment in which ever growing numbers of staff are working from home rather than at a centrally located company office,

Mr. Qaiser intends to develop and commercialise a remote video solution that uses augmented reality (AR) and machine learning technology to allow engineers and technicians within the IT services industry to virtually enter a work environment instead of sending a physical field service technician. 

This will be used as an inhouse tool within Mr. Qaiser’s business to deliver lower cost, higher quality IT support to UK SME’s whilst the software is being perfected.
